Steps:
Make payment.
We’ll send you an email to confirm your registration and include a booking link to schedule your 5 sessions at your own pace and convenience.
Once booked, you’ll receive a follow-up email with the session link and your unique code to log in to your private mentorship session.
Module notes and extras will be sent via email between sessions.
After your course is complete, you’ll receive a completion certificate (if you want one) and a free 30-minute Aftercare Check-in Session 4 weeks later, so we can see how you’re doing and offer support if needed.
1. Digital Products
Delivered with a download link to your email. No returns or refunds on digital products once payment is complete, as the download link is issued immediately.
2. Mentorship Courses
No refunds once the course has started. If a refund is requested before the start date, 75% will be refunded to cover admin and time costs.
3. Business Services
New websites are delivered within 7 working days, and copywriting or content services are delivered within 24–48 hours per page, unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds are available once work has started. If a refund is requested before any work has begun, 75% will be refunded to cover time and admin costs.
4. Physical Products
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return it within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, especially oils or skin-related products. Return shipping is at your own cost, but once we receive the item, we’ll issue you a credit note. Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.
1. Shipping policy (Physical products)
All orders are shipped via courier within 2–3 working days of receiving payment. Shipping is free on orders over R650; for orders under R650, a flat delivery fee will apply (confirmed at checkout or via email). Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email. We currently deliver within South Africa only.
2. Respect and Ethics
We run our business with honesty, kindness, and integrity, and we expect the same from our clients. All communication must remain respectful and professional at all times. We do not tolerate rudeness, harassment, or abusive behaviour of any kind, and we reserve the right to discontinue any service, session, or working relationship if these standards are not met.
3. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide, such as your name, email address, or delivery details — is kept strictly confidential and used only for order processing, communication, and service delivery. We never share or sell your information to third parties.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before services are rendered or products are dispatched. We currently accept EFT and Yoco payments via secure payment links. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Intellectual Property
All digital products, course materials, website designs, and written content are the intellectual property of Isha Bramdow Mentorship. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

The information provided through our mentorship and services is based on professional experience and intended to support personal and business development. However, results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
