Requirements:

•     Must have a valid identity card for your country of residence (e.g. South African ID)

•     18 years or older

•     Fluent in English (spoken and written)

•     Access to the internet on at least one device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop / computer)

•     Strong communication skills and professional online etiquette

•     Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude

•     Basic understanding of sales, marketing, content creation and affiliate strategies 

    (training provided for content creation)

•     Must be active on at least one social media platform

•     Willingness to learn about the brand, mentorship products, and services

•     Ability to track leads, engage prospects, and follow up professionally

•     Reliable and able to commit a few hours weekly to outreach and promotion

•     Passionate about personal development, small business, or helping others grow

Responsibilities (Covered in Free Live Training)

💬 Promote mentorship services, courses, and digital products through social media, messaging platforms, and word of mouth

🔗 Share referral links or discount codes to generate leads and sales

🧠 Learn and understand the brand offerings to speak confidently about them

✍️ Create basic content (e.g. captions, posts, short videos or reels) to attract potential clients

📲 Engage with your audience — answer basic questions, direct them to official channels when needed

📈 Track your referrals, leads, and sales using a simple system or dashboard provided

🔄 Follow up with interested leads in a professional and timely manner

📚 Participate in short training sessions (live or recorded) to stay aligned with new products and strategies

💡 Give feedback and share ideas to improve affiliate strategies or client experience

🎯 Work towards weekly or monthly goals for leads or conversions (flexible targets)

Affiliate Payment Structure

If your application is successful, you'll receive a unique affiliate code to start earning immediately.

When You Get Paid

• Payouts are done 4 weeks after your client’s payment has cleared and products or services are

already delivered / being delivered. This protects us against commission fraud from fake sales.

• Minimum Payout: You’ll receive payment once your commission balance reaches R100 or more.

• Payments are made via EFT 

🥇 Tier 1 – Start Earning Immediately

• • 10% Commission on all sales sitewide using your affiliate code

  • Earn on everything sitewide, i.e. mentorship courses, digital products, business products etc

🥈 Tier 2 – High Achiever Rewards

Hit R30,000 in total sales and you unlock Tier 2 benefits

• • 20% Commission on all sales

  • Lifetime 15% personal discount on anything you want to buy on our site

  • A second Tier 1 code - you can now earn as two separate affiliates, depending on which code is used

  • Every time you hit another R30k milestone, you’ll get another Tier 1 code, growing your earning potential

Marketing and Brand use

🚫 No Spam or Misleading Claims

Affiliates may not use spam tactics, bulk unsolicited DMs, fake urgency (“Only 1 left!”), or shady promises like “make R10k overnight.” We are a wholesome brand, not a pyramid scheme. 

📢 Ad Disclosure is Required

Posts must clearly include #ad, #affiliate, or a statement like “I may earn a commission.” This keeps you aligned with South African Advertising Regulator guidelines.

🕵️ No Fake Sales or Self-Commissions

Affiliates cannot earn on their own purchases, fake accounts, or payments made to trigger commission. You only pay out on cleared, real sales.

✍️ We Can Change or Cancel Your Code at Any Time

We reserve the right to update commission terms, pause, or deactivate an affiliate at any time, especially for inactivity or unethical behaviour. 

✅ Sales Must Be Verified Before Payouts

Commissions are only paid 2-4 weeks after client payment clears and the product/service has started. No payment = no payout.

If you're accepted, you'll receive a simple 1 page agreement outlining how commissions work, what’s expected, and how to stay protected.  There are no joining fees, but you do have to attend a 1hr free, live online training session with one of our mentors.

Once the agreement is signed and sent to us, you'll receive your unique affiliate code and access to the 1hr live training session, then become part of our supportive team. You can leave at any time, no notice necessary.
